Ayios Athanasios Industrial Area, 2011 - 2013
The refurbishment of an existing, derelict industrial building and conversion into a state-of-the-art services and facilities for 300 staff was a challenge. Its success was due to a fast-track design process with the excellent cooperation of the consultants, contractors and client. Both phases were completed in 6 months each, as well as the adjoining public park area
